Wilmar International Limited is a Singaporean agribusiness company established in 1991, and is a leading agribusiness group in Asia. It is among the largest listed companies by market capitalization on the Singapore Stock Exchange, the second largest as of September 2010. It is a Singaporean investment holding company that provides management services to its 400+ subsidiary companies. It was also ranked 252nd in the Fortune Global 500 list in 2015.

Wilmar International's business activities include oil palm cultivation, edible oil refining, crushed ore oil, edible oil processing and trading goods, specialty fats, oleochemicals, and biodiesel manufacturing, and grain processing and trading. It has more than 450 manufacturing plants and an extensive distribution network covering China, India, Indonesia and about 50 other countries. Wilmar's processing segment includes the production of palm oil and lauric products, palm oil processing operations and refining and crushing plants, further processing and refining of various cooking oils, oils, grains and soybeans. Its consumer products segment has oil bottling businesses in the People's Republic of China, Vietnam and Indonesia. Its plantation and oil palm mill segment is involved in oil palm cultivation and mills. Other segments include fertilizer manufacturing and distribution and ship charter services.
