Perwaja Steel Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian iron and steel manufacturing company which is a subsidiary of Perwaja Holdings Berhad. It is Malaysia's largest steel producer with a range of products including Direct Reduced Iron (DRI), blanks, beams and billets. It is capable of producing 1,500,000 metric tons of steel annually. Perwaja products have been used in the manufacturing, construction and infrastructure industries.

In addition to the core business of steel production, Perwaja provides advisory and promotional services to promote the use of structural steel in construction and other industries. This company has changed ownership several times and has been hit by various problems including financial problems until its operations had to be closed in 2014 and its assets disposed of in 2018.
