The Nuclear Strikes is a band of musicians and singers who move independently or also known as indie in Malaysia and Internationally.

The band was known as JACK HAMMER in its early existence. It was first formed in 2005 by Rex and 1, 2 Kill, the guitarist of the Malaysian Underground Thrash Metal band, known as ANTACID. In 2003 they joined John (vocals), Beno (bass), Rex (Drums) and 1, 2 Kill (guitar) as their line-up, at certain times. due to commitments and other specific problems, the band was discontinued.

Although the band is quiet because they are without members, the strength in both Rex and 1, 2 Kill leads them in finding a solution to keep the band going. They then consulted and decided to have two more friends from Antacid, Thunderbolt and Iron Speed ​​​​as a replacement. After a while, they meet Anort, who has credibility as a good singer. they changed Jack Hammer's name to Nuclear Strikes. However, it all ended shortly after a few months. Anort, was later replaced by a female vocalist named Ekey Mizume. Instead, the same problem appears. he left Nuclear Strikes, and after every 'onak and mine they went through, Nuclear Strikes was introduced to a new female vocalist, known as Steelgirl Ladyana. In 2011 Nuclear Strikes recorded a mini EP album titled Megastorm eye, this album sold well in Europe, America and also Japan, in 2012 Nuclear Strikes signed a contract with Defox Records located in Italy, at the end of 2013 the female singer of Nuclear Strikes, Steelgirl Ladyana has left Nuclear Strikes, replaced by Tassya Blade.

The band plays 80s Heavy Metal/Hard Rock music. In some songs, the band included some rock, hard rock and any other melodies and songs to make it better.

Nuclear Strikes also has music towards the 80s, and Nuclear Strikes music in the NWOTHM (New Wave Of Traditional Heavy Metal) category abroad, and directly represents Asia in the NWOTHM category. Nuclear Strikes has a very energetic performance.
