The objectives of the Malaysian JPJ Cadets are as follows:-

• Giving exposure and concentration to high school students about the culture and work environment of uniformed members;

• Giving exposure to secondary school students about the importance of JPJ in the management and enforcement of road transport in a two-way interaction;

• Understanding the needs of customers by appreciating the culture and work environment of JPJ in addition to getting feedback and analysis from school students about JPJ;

• Forming the discipline and personality of school students by applying the concept of obedience and loyalty to the nation and the country;

• Increase the community's sense of responsibility about road safety, especially among students;
• Produce an active and authoritative JPJ Cadet leader;
• Produce leaders who are responsible for the team;
• Train a leader who can train his own team; and
• Give birth to a leader who has a positive attitude, discipline and high prudence.
