Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is a bank in Indonesia. This bank is part of the Sampoerna Strategic Group. This bank was founded in 1990.

Previously, the company name was Dipo International Bank until 1995 and Bank Dipo International until 2012. Sampoerna Strategic acquired the company in 2011, where the previous majority owner was Pahalamas Sejahtera. Pahalamas is a company owned by the Poniman family which operates in the automotive sector, where Poniman was previously the founder of this bank. Bank Dipo at that time had 6 branch offices and assets of IDR 614 billion. Apart from Pahalamas, Bank Dipo's shareholders before the acquisition consisted of Suhanti Poniman (48%) and Suhada Poniman (10%).

In 2013, the Alfa Group through Cakrawala Mulia Prima took over the remaining shares of Pahalamas Sejahtera, where currently Cakrawala holds 17% of the company's shares.
